Mel B has been looking a little . . . well . . . HIT lately but I'm glad to see that she is now making an effort in her public appearance. Phoenix Chi? Not so much. I blame ma dukes for that tragedy though. It takes all of 15 minutes (if that) to do something decent to that child's head. Angelina and Brad should try to adopt her.
