Mr. Blackwell released his infamous best/worst dressed women in Hollywood list yesterday. From what I'm hearing Dione Warwick made the best dressed list, WTF? I hope that's a rumor. But I think he skipped out on a few folks. Here's my list of both worst dressed males and females:
